Steel Tube Pipe Stacking Machine

We can offer two main kinds of Steel pipe bundling machine: electromagnetic block type and mechanical fork type

The electromagnetic block type is new model compared with mechanical fork type. During the working, especially round pipe or tube stacking, the pipes can move lightly when mechanical arm sending pipe/tube row into bundle basket; while electromagnetic type can avoid that, each time  fetching, the pipe row attached to electromagnetic block firmly until the magnet release and pipe row laying into bundle-frame. This can reduce the contact and scratch between pipes, good for pipe surface.

①Steel tube get loaded

②Counting steel tube number, when the number reach the number of in one row, these tubes will be aligned by mechanical finger and push-plate.

③Electromagnetic blocks go down and attached steel tubes firmly, go up and go sideway along rail.

④ When electromagnetic system go above the bundle-frame, it go down and release one layer of steel tube into bundle-frame, back to original position.

⑤Above steps are Synchronously working to keep the stacking speed match steel tube production speed. Those are for one row stacking. 

⑥When all the rows are lied in bundle-frame, the frames put down and bundle removed by small car. Or we can arrange the bundle go along the roller-path at the bottom of bundle frame. This part can be designed according to the area for stacking.

⑦Steel bundle remove to belt fasten area. Here we can offer auto-strapping and semi-auto strapping machine.

⑧After strap steel belts on bundles, the steel bundle move to storage area.

According to customer’s requires, we can offer roller-path from flying cut-off to stacking area, water removing, steel bundle strapping and weighing
